USI Electronics Adds David Kaplan For North Eastern Sales

Fort Lauderdale, Florida June 18, 2007 – Industry Veteran Charged with Expanding Sales
USI Electronics today announced the hiring of David Kaplan to expand sales in the Northeastern territory.  In this position, Kaplan will be responsible for strategic account management as well as sales growth within the territory. 
Kaplan brings to USI Electronics more than 14 years of sales and marketing experience in the electronic components and software industry and has extensive knowledge in strategic account management.  Prior to USI Electronics, Kaplan spent more than 8 years servicing OEM customers with Avnet / Memec Insight where he was responsible for business development.  Previously, Kaplan served as the Purchasing Manager for Mtron Components where he was instrumental in signing new franchise lines.  Dave Kaplan and his wife and three children live in the town of Massapequa on Long Island, New York.
